The role involves carrying out repairs, maintenance, and installations for Humanscale office products across central London, while ensuring excellent service and professional interaction with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and a strong sense of teamwork.

Responsibilities:
  • Completing repairs on Humanscale office products
  • Direct client interaction. The ideal candidate should be professional, polite, and present themselves well
  • Driving around central London completing Repair Jobs
  • Following a repair schedule to ensure that all daily tasks are complete
  • Inspecting and troubleshooting problems and issues reported by clients or colleagues
  • Maintaining Humanscale products in Clerkenwell Showroom
  • Maintaining tools and equipment required to perform the role effectively
  • Events set up which include layout of furniture and installation
  • Train/Liaise with Dealer network to explain any product issues/defects and how to rectify and remedy the issues
  • Availability to work weekends when needed a necessity
  • Working out of Purfleet warehouse where stock and parts stored
Qualifications:
  • Maintenance or relevant construction experience required
  • Full Driving Licence held for at least 3 years. Experience at driving in London essential
  • Team-working skills to liaise and work cooperatively with a small team of Engineers
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
