The role involves:

  • Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and installations for Humanscale office products across central London.
  • Ensuring excellent service and professional interaction with clients.
  • Completing repairs on Humanscale office products.
  • Setting up events which include layout of furniture and installation.
  • Training and liaising with the dealer network to explain any product issues/defects and how to rectify and remedy the issues.

Availability to work weekends when needed is a necessity. Maintenance or relevant construction experience is required. A full driving licence held for at least 3 years and basic computer skills (Word, Excel) are also necessary.
