One of the most exciting culture-first experiential agencies is looking for a Junior Producer to join their team. They’re super-international, producing events and experiences all over the globe for the worlds' most famous brands, from immersive experiences to conferences, pop ups, launches, live events etc. Culture is super important to this agency - they have an incredible, collaborative, no-ego vibe and offer an endless range of benefits and flexible working.
As Junior Producer, you’ll play a crucial role in the planning, coordination and execution of events from conception to completion. This is a really exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a passion for events and a desire to grow within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing junior support across a range of live events and experiential briefs and activations, through to reconciliation
- Providing day-to-day support to the wider production team, both in the office during pre-production and onsite during build, live event and de-rig
- Build strong relationships with team members, both full-time and freelance to ensure client objectives are met with seamless delivery and within the agreed budget and timings
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers and venues
- Support onsite event management, ensuring events run smoothly and exceed clients’ expectations
- Contribute to post-event evaluations to spot opportunities for future improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Source and order props, uniforms, collateral etc
- Manage travel & transport arrangements
- Develop mood boards and client presentations
- Budget development and management
- Write and deliver design & production briefs to both in-house and external creative teams
- Project tracking e.g. status reports, timing plans, resource booking/management
- Support with the creation of relevant health & safety documentation/materials
- Finance support, raising PO’s and feeding into budgets
- Timely correspondence both internally and externally
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Have a positive attitude, work to maintain a happy working environment
- Strategic and analytic approach to problem solving – quick to find, analyse and absorb information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Passionate about events and a desire to learn
