An industry-leading insurance firm based in London are looking for a Marketing Manager who is eager to lead on comprehensive end-to-end marketing campaigns. This firm is committed to constantly adapting to change and putting their customers' needs at the heart of everything they do. They have a reputation as one of the best property casualty insurers in the industry for almost 200 years. This particular role supports specific marketing topics across Europe, as assigned by the Head of Marketing, including brand, web, email, social, data, content and more. Key responsibilities:
- Create, plan and manage components of integrated market campaigns in support of the business needs.
- Complete marketing related requests, tasks and activities based on business objectives.
- Develop content, write, edit and shepherd material through the review/approval process.
- Execute marketing tactics such as paid media, email, webinars, newsletters, sales aids, brochures, video, social and web.
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns by tracking results for campaign ROI analysis/reporting.
- Have knowledge of how each marketing campaign/program ties back to marketing and business strategies.
- Review data on business and consumer insights related to inform marketing strategies.
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance/refresh of marketing program/campaign content and tactics.
- Support events by executing marketing components.
- Have a knowledge of established marketing processes, approvals and best practices.
- Manage small to mid-sized projects and campaigns.
- May be required to help train more junior marketing staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing or other related field or equivalent marketing experience.
- Experienced in supporting the management of integrated campaigns.
- In depth knowledge and experience of end-to-end campaign management.
- Knowledge of all marketing channels including email, paid media and web.
- Working knowledge of content writing and editing.
- Working knowledge of marketing planning and strategy principles.
- General knowledge of multi-functional areas such as research, marketing analytics, competitive analysis, communications, brand management, website management.
- General knowledge of financial services and/or insurance.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Intermediate project management and organisational skills.
- Basic consulting skills.
- Basic analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Basic presentation skills.
