Our client, a dynamic experiential agency with a passion for creating unforgettable brand experiences, are looking for an Account Director to join their team. This agency specialises in festival activations, delivering large scale brand experiences and sampling campaigns for some of the world’s leading consumer brands. Key Responsibilities:
- The overall responsibility for campaign budgets and forecasting your client spend for the year ahead
- Pitch management and delivery for both existing clients and new prospects
- Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for clients
- Management and motivation of the Brand Experience team. Holding regular meetings with your team, ensuring they’re motivated and working to the highest possible standard
- Maintaining a strong understanding of clients’ market place and competitors’ activity
- Ensuring all KPIs and objectives are being delivered
- Identifying opportunities to upsell client accounts
- Being revenue driven and contributing to annual targets alongside the Managing Director
- Negotiating client contracts and commercials
- Demonstrating creative thinking, interrogating briefs and understanding target audiences
