The Role
As Project Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with company systems and processes. You will be the backbone of project administration, ensuring nothing is missed and processes are consistently followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Project Managers with project documentation, reporting and administration
- Assisting with project planning, scheduling and program tracking
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes
- Managing document control, including drawings, variations and compliance records
- Processing purchase orders, tracking costs and assisting with budget administration
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Assisting with health and safety documentation and compliance
- Supporting project forecasting and financial reporting requirements
- Maintaining accurate project records within company systems
- Coordinating overseas suppliers and freight

- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar support role

- Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise with technical and non-technical teams
- Financial administration or cost tracking experience is preferred
