We’re looking for a Video Editor & Content-Focused Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This is a hands-on creative role with a strong focus on producing engaging, on-brand content for social media and digital campaigns. What You’ll Do Create high-quality video content for paid ads, organic social, and product storytelling. Edit video using modern tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or AI-based tools like Runway, Pika, or Descript). Design graphics and visual assets in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. Work closely with the marketing team to align creative output with performance goals. Optimize content for Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channels. Stay on top of trends in content, video, and AI-driven creative tools. Contribute to Humanpeople’s brand presence across social and web platforms. What We’re Looking For ~2–4 years of experience in video editing and content-focused graphic design. ~ Strong portfolio showcasing social-first content, video, and visual storytelling. ~ Experience with AI tools for video or design (e.g. Runway, Pika, Midjourney, haygen, Descript) is a plus. ~ Confident using Canva, Adobe tools or Figma. ~ Passion for health, wellness, and visual creativity. ~ A fast learner with a proactive, collaborative attitude. ~ Capable of working independently in a fast moving start-up environment Nice to Have Illustration or motion graphics experience.
