What You\’ll Do

Design dual‐path control architectures with graceful degradation modes (freeze, retract, sit/kneel, safe fall).

Implement redundancy and failover strategies.

Integrate motion control with the safety envelope.

Test control resilience in hardware‐in‐loop and simulation environments.

Ensure compliance with safety performance KPIs.

We\’re Looking For

8+ years in control systems for robotics.

Expertise in redundant and fault‐tolerant control.

Experience with real‐time control software and safety‐critical motion planning.

Familiarity with hardware‐in‐loop testing.

Knowledge of safety standards for robotic motion systems.
