Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Content Manager to own and execute our content and communications strategy. This role combines editorial leadership, public relations, and brand storytelling to drive awareness, engagement, and business growth. You will work cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and leadership to position the company as a thought leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals
- Define content pillars, messaging frameworks, and audience targeting
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels
- Editorial & Content Production
- Plan and manage the editorial calendar across all platforms
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality written and visual content
- Produce thought leadership materials including blog posts, op-eds, and expert commentary
- Oversee content quality and maintain editorial standards
- Develop PR angles, storylines, and media materials for outreach
- Write press releases, media pitches, and communication assets
- Build and manage relationships with journalists, editors, and industry influencers
- Track media mentions and report on coverage and impact
- Identify relevant conferences, awards, and speaking opportunities
- Pitch company leaders for speaking engagements and industry recognition
- Maintain a calendar of key submission deadlines
- Support event planning, content preparation, and participation
- Work closely with marketing, product, design, and leadership teams
- Align content with product launches, campaigns, and company milestones
- Contribute to integrated marketing and PR initiatives
- Manage content distribution across website, social media, newsletters, and partner channels
- Optimize content performance across platforms
- Monitor and analyze content and PR performance
- Track engagement, reach, and media impact metrics
- Continuously refine strategy based on data and audience insights
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, or PR
- Mandatory experience in one or more of the following industries: robotics, tech hardware, automotive, aerospace or similar
- Proven track record of building and executing successful content and PR strategies
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (native or near-native level)
- Strong understanding of the media landscape and experience working with journalists
- Experience creating a wide range of content formats (articles, press releases, social media, thought leadership)
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing editorial calendars
- Experience with content distribution channels (social media, newsletters, CMS platforms)
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret performance metrics
- Experience coordinating events, awards, or speaking engagements
- Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
