- Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws in the UK, the US, and Canada.
- Proactively identify and manage people‑related risks as the company scales internationally.
- HR Function Leadership
- Build, lead, and mentor the HR team.

We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in senior HR leadership roles within technology‑driven companies (Robotics, AI, Automotive, Aerospace, Hardware, Electronics Manufacturing, or similar).
- Proven experience partnering with executive leadership at a senior or C‑level.
- Strong background in talent acquisition for highly specialized technical roles.

- Fully funded private healthcare for UK employees, with broad provider access, virtual and in‑person care, and strong mental health and serious illness support.
- Equity included–we believe builders should share in what they build.
- Pension scheme with a total 8% contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
