We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 Alpha - our rapidly developed humanoid platform now running in real industrial pilots - and we’re growing the team to take it even further. As we scale from R&D into production and global operations, we are investing in how the business itself operates: how decisions are made, how work flows across teams, and how capabilities evolve over time. We’re hiring a Head of Business Transformation to lead this effort driving clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement across the company.
As Head of Business Transformation, you will be responsible for improving how the company operates at a systems level. You will identify gaps between how we work today and how we need to work to scale, and then design and implement the changes required across people, process, tools, controls, and automation/AI. You will work directly with the executive team and functional leaders to define priorities, drive transformation programmes, and embed new ways of working across the organisation. You will operate as a force multiplier—helping teams move faster, with more clarity, and with fewer breakdowns at the interfaces between functions.
