What you'll do
- Research & Analytics
- Build company, fund, and people profiles: background, financials, news, connections
- Source and qualify leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, PitchBook, Crunchbase
- Prepare competitive analyses, market overviews, and daily news digests
- Produce analytical briefs ahead of CEO meetings
- Meeting Protocols & Documentation
- Take real-time structured minutes of senior leadership meetings and investor/partner negotiations
- Prepare, edit, and format materials: presentations, memos, briefs
- Handle business correspondence and outreach campaigns
- Create Jira tasks based on approved meeting minutes
- CRM & Pipeline
- Maintain HubSpot: contacts, deals, investor and partner pipeline
- Track statuses and manage follow-ups across CEO Office tasks
- Report on outreach analytics: conversion rates, response rates, funnel health
- Operational Support
- Assist with CEO calendar management and meeting preparation
- Coordinate meetings, attach briefs to calendar events
- Welcome guests (tea, coffee), book meeting rooms, verify AV equipment before calls
- Organise in-office events on request (e.g. investor visits, catering)
- Maintain knowledge bases in Confluence and Jira
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a startup, venture fund, or CEO Office
- Native Russian speaker — essential (CEO is Russian-speaking)
- English C1/C2 — strong written and verbal business communication
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Confident in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Strong analytical skills — able to draw conclusions quickly from unstructured data
- Proven experience taking minutes of complex multi-party meetings
- Working knowledge of PitchBook and Crunchbase
- Familiarity with Confluence and Jira
