Humanoid is seeking a Head of Executive Search to build and lead our premier hiring function, personally closing C-level and C-2 roles across Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Legal, while developing our headhunting process and building a strong candidate pipeline.
You will also establish a recruiting playbook, hire and mentor a small team (2–3 to start), and partner with founders to align search with business context, while mapping talent in robotics, AI, and related fields.
