What You’ll Do
- AI Strategy, Operating Model & Governance
- Define the company’s AI strategy, vision, and flywheel execution cadence.
- Lead the design of the AI operating model across people, processes, tools, and controls.
- Establish frameworks for ethical, secure, and responsible AI deployment.
- Report strategic outcomes, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership.
- Enterprise AI Architecture Ownership
- Define and maintain the company’s AI architecture: from platform selection to deployment patterns.
- Work with IT to ensure AI systems integrate securely and scalably across business functions.
- Own the enterprise AI tool registry and ensure consistency across domains.
- Govern technical decisions related to LLM usage, proprietary models, and workflow integration.
- Cross‑Functional Alignment
- Lead and coordinate a team of domain‑specific AI Leads.
- Ensure alignment of all AI initiatives with business capability maturity targets.
- Resolve overlaps or conflicts across engineering, back office, and executive automation.
- Performance, Impact & Adoption
- Define and track KPIs for automation maturity, output accuracy, adoption, and ROI.
