What You'll Do
- AI Enablement for Engineering
Identify highâimpact use cases across R&D, validation, and production engineering. Deploy AI copilots, simulation tools, and optimization engines into engineering workflows. Define measurable performance gains and lead pilotâtoâscale deployment cycles. - Integration & Collaboration
Work with IT to integrate AI into PLM, CAD, test, and data systems. Partner with Engineering Capability Owners to align AI initiatives with maturity targets. Ensure secure handling of engineering data and models. - Performance & Quality
Measure and report automation, accuracy, and adoption metrics. Use AIâdriven insights to accelerate designâforâexcellence reviews and failure analysis. Support DFX and reliability efforts with predictive analytics.
We're Looking For
7+ years in engineering leadership, R&D operations, or data/AI enablement within complex hardware or robotics systems. Deep understanding of software or hardware engineering workflows and tools. Experience applying AI or ML models to design, simulation, test, or manufacturing. Strong crossâfunctional communicator with a track record of operational improvement.
Nice to have
Experience with generative design, code copilots, or AIâassisted verification. Background in robotics, industrial automation, or aerospace product development. Familiarity with DFX, reliability, and PLM integration.
