Solution

As the demands on our built environment rise, labour shortages loom. With the world’s workforce increasingly moving away from undesirable tasks, the manufacturing, construction, and logistics industries critical to our daily lives are left exposed. By deploying our general-purpose humanoid robots in environments deemed hazardous or monotonous, we envision a future where human well-being is safeguarded while closing the gaps in critical global labour needs.

We’re looking for a hands-on, AI-native technical project manager to act as the founder’s personal CTO. This is not a traditional CTO role – it’s a unique opportunity to drive AI-first innovation, organize strategic assets, and ensure advanced AI agents play a central role in company decision-making and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the founder’s technical right hand, managing AI tools, projects, and strategic implementation.
• Lead the integration and application of AI agents and large models (e.g., GPT, Gemini) within the company.
• Ensure AI has a seat at the table in strategic meetings — not just for automation, but for idea generation and innovation.
• Systematize knowledge and data flows: organize presentations, internal documents, and memory systems to support long-term thinking and project continuity.
• Build and manage internal tools that improve productivity through intelligent automation and smart use of context and memory features.

Ideal Candidate:

Candidates may come from a range of roles that combine product sense, technical execution, and deep familiarity with AI tooling, such as:

• AI/ML Product Manager or Technical Product Owner in a startup or tech company, with hands-on involvement in model integration or intelligent systems.
• Technical Founder or Co-Founder of an AI-focused startup, especially those working with LLMs or autonomous agents.
• Prompt Engineer, LLM Integrator, or Applied AI Specialist — particularly those who have built agent-like systems, custom pipelines, or worked with memory/context-based tooling.
• Freelancers, consultants, or community contributors in the AI/LLM ecosystem are also welcome if they meet the technical and strategic criteria.

What this role is:

A forward-thinking technical thought partner and builder focused on embedding AI into every layer of the company’s decision-making process.

What this role is not:

A traditional enterprise CTO. This is a dynamic, execution-heavy role closer to a personal AI project lead than a C-suite executive.
