b Overview /b p In this role, you lead a Technical Deployment team embedded with Financial Services engagements to drive production AI outcomes. You’ll set delivery quality and develop scalable playbooks that support Anthropic’s aim to be a trusted AI transformation partner for large enterprises. You’ll balance hands-on leadership with executive-facing engagement, shaping technical direction while delivering measurable impact. This position combines people management, strategic delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to advance safe, value-driven AI at scale. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li competitive compensation and benefits /li li optional equity donation matching /li li generous vacation and parental leave /li li flexible working hours /li li office space for collaboration /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Hire, develop, and retain a team of TDLs embedded in Financial Services engagements. /li li Set a high bar for delivery judgment, technical fluency, and customer presence; lead interview processes. /li li Manage each TDL directly with 1:1s, expectations, feedback, and growth plans. /li li Own portfolio health across the vertical; monitor engagements and intervene when needed. /li li Own customer outcomes across the portfolio; manage executive sponsor relationships and steering committees. /li li Make staffing decisions for engagements; coordinate with FDE managers on fit and scope changes. /li li Lead the most complex engagements personally when required, from plan to production. /li li Set standards for SOW quality, MVP scoping, and value measurement; ensure defensible impact stories. /li li Codify reusable patterns, evaluation frameworks, and playbooks to scale delivery. /li li Collaborate with Sales, Marketing on go-to-market materials and engagement qualification. /li li Run operating rhythm: reviews, knowledge sharing, escalation support, and post-sales cadence. /li li Surface delivery lessons and Financial Services use cases to Product/Research and leadership. /li li Represent Anthropic’s culture and values with customers. /li li Travel 25–50% to client sites. /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery with at least 3 years directly managing people. /li li Proven track record building and leading technical delivery teams in enterprise environments, including embedded/forward-deployed teams. /li li Delivery of AI/ML/LLM-based agentic solutions into production; strong understanding of integration and production challenges. /li li Depth in Financial Services; experience with model risk, security, and compliance considerations; ability to converse credibly with CIOs and risk leaders. /li li Ability to navigate architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders and judge feasibility of agent designs. /li li Accountability for technical direction alongside FDEs. /li li Experience with value-based scoping, including ROI/TCO and post-deployment impact measurement. /li li Thrives in ambiguity; has built teams or functions from early stages. /li li Executive presence: credible and concise with senior leaders; effective on hands-on engagement reviews. /li li Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical complexity for diverse audiences. /li /ul ul li executive presence /li li strong communication /li li cross-functional collaboration /li li enterprise AI delivery /li li architecture discussion facilitation /li li SOW design and value-driven scoping /li /ul
