Our platform enriches expertly-curated short videos — captured before, during, and after work — with AI-powered automated workflows. We own the world’s largest dataset of this kind, enabling field users and customers to make smarter, more efficient decisions about their assets and operations. Our purpose is to deliver transformative commercial and environmental outcomes, helping global clients across utilities, telecoms, retail and energy improve pricing accuracy, speed up delivery, ensure safety, and maintain compliance. We are a fast-growing SaaS company, and as we scale our team across product, engineering, and go-to-market functions, we’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive the design evolution of Vyntelligence’s product suite, collaborating closely with product and engineering to shape the user experience, scalable design system, and visual language of our Enterprise AI product.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with Product and Engineering to build world‑class user experiences.
- Use research, data and analytics to inform design decisions.
- Create visually appealing, high quality products that conform to our brand identity and follow the latest industry standards.
- Define and implement cutting‑edge interactions for multi‑modal AI and AI agents, determining how intelligence manifests within the UI to solve complex user needs in an evolving space.
- Use your expertise to influence stakeholders, team members and product managers to bring your vision to life.
- Keep up to date with the latest UX/UI trends and attend events and conferences, share findings with your team and ultimately feed these into the product design.
- Establish a culture of design excellence by coaching junior team members and embedding best practices, using quantitative and qualitative data to validate decisions.
What you’ll need:
- 3-5 years of experience operating as a Senior or Lead Product Designer.
- Portfolio demonstrating user‑centred design, solid craft and measurable impact for complex enterprise SaaS and AI products.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, capabilities and constraints, across web, mobile and native apps.
- Knowledge of accessibility, usability and responsive design best practice.
- Proficiency in design and analytics tools (ie. Figma, Mixpanel, Hotjar) and an understanding of design system principles.
