About the role
As a Recovery Coordinator, you will support clients through one-to-one work, care planning, risk assessment, and multi-agency collaboration. You will also deliver group interventions and liaise with partners to support each client\’s overall health and well-being.
Humankind provides comprehensive training to equip team members with necessary skills. If you are passionate about making a positive impact but lack some skills, we encourage you to apply.
In this role, you will work with colleagues, community organizations, and stakeholders across various settings to help individuals maximize their recovery potential and community opportunities. You will provide holistic recovery care coordination and psychosocial interventions to clients, families, and carers.
We focus on delivering evidence-based psychosocial programs and activities supporting the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Our goal is effective recovery care within an integrated service model, emphasizing sustainable exit from treatment.
