About The Role
We are currently recruiting a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to join our recovery coordination team across County Durham. The salary will depend on experience. Our team supports individuals experiencing problematic substance use and involvement with the criminal justice system.
The role will ensure tailored support to help service users make positive changes, working collaboratively with Probation, Prison, and Court services. The Coordinator will assist in decision-making regarding Alcohol Treatment Requirement (ATR) and Drug Rehabilitation Requirement (DRR) orders, aiming for the best outcomes.
You will provide guidance to minimize harmful behaviors and support individuals into services when needed. A holistic approach will be taken to encompass all aspects of each service user\’s wellbeing, not just substance use, to achieve optimal outcomes.
