Overview
The Producer will join a fast-paced and creative Digital Marketing Agency, reporting to the Producer Team Lead. The Producer is a creative problem solver who can quickly identify, dissect, and overcome roadblocks. The ideal candidate can manage competing priorities and communicate effectively.

You will be responsible for proactively managing the planning, roadmapping and delivery of marketing projects, while paying close attention to shifting priorities and ensuring processes and SLAs are respected. As Producer, you bridge the gap between marketing strategists and operational teams and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will demonstrate leadership qualities and foster a productive environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, roadmapping and delivery of marketing projects across multiple brands.
- Advise and lead on delivery strategies within the operational framework.
- Lead all delivery aspects and ensure effective communication across internal and external teams and stakeholders.
- Manage shifting priorities and ensure processes and SLAs are respected.
- Proactively flag at-risk deliverables and deadlines.
- Identify conflicts or roadblocks and provide potential solutions.
- Ensure upcoming events, product releases and milestones are added to the team calendar and approved in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team and service providers to align projects and resources.
- Act as gatekeeper of the team’s OS to protect SLAs and ensure adherence.
- Manage JIRA and Confluence to keep tickets, roadmaps and milestones updated; escalate risks to Head of Marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to revise and improve processes, workflows, SLAs, and support adoption.
- Assist the team with creative problem solving to remove or work around roadblocks.
- Provide monthly and weekly reporting.
Requirements
- Relevant degree/diploma and 5+ years’ experience in a management role, preferably in marketing or project management.
- Foundational understanding of marketing best practices.
- Atlassian product knowledge (JIRA & Confluence).
- Passion for creative problem solving are essential.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong English verbal and written communications.
- Motivated, comfortable with rapid change; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Client services mentality, flexibility and willingness to collaborate with other functions.
- Ability to interact effectively across functions and cultures.
- Ability to work variable schedules with consideration for multiple time zones and teams worldwide.
- Must be able to travel internationally.
