We are partnered with a consultancy specialising in L&D, HR, Financial and Procurement consulting. Our clients have seen significant growth and need learning services. We are looking for 2 new Learning Programme Specialists to join the team. In these roles you will design, develop and deliver global learning frameworks and programmes.
One position will own Performance Management & Development programmes including talent strategy; the other will work with client leadership to deliver training, conduct learning needs assessments, manage external vendors and design new content. Both roles involve client consulting, partnering with colleagues and generalist L&D day‑to‑day activities on assigned programmes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver global learning programmes and frameworks.
- Own performance management and development programmes at scale.
- Conduct learning needs assessments and deliver training.
- Work with external vendors and own content design.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar learning role with a strong emphasis on delivery and facilitation.
- Proven experience rolling out BAU Performance Management and Development programmes at scale.
- True passion for learning with experience of designing and delivering work.
- Experience delivering complex global L&D projects with post‑project ROI analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
