Junior Reporting Analyst
Location: London
Salary: 36.5k
Our client is a boutique consultancy based in London, with subsidiary offices in Canada, Antigua, the Czech Republic, and Switzerland. Our client is at the forefront of strategic, HR, financial, and procurement consulting. They serve as strategic partners for clients to achieve business results through employee value.
The role
You will work with our client to embed their strategy by supporting with projects that will enhance the current activities and capabilities of the business.
As a key member of the team, you will report to the HRIS Manager and receive full support, guidance, and training from our Analysts in the Global HR Operations Team. While specific experience is not required, a background in HR, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and a desire to specialise in these areas are essential. We’ll teach you everything else you need to know to be successful!
Reporting, Insights and Data Management:
- Support monthly reporting efforts, including headcount, compensation analysis, and performance metrics, by working with HRIS and reporting tools to extract, analyse, and present data.
- Contribute valuable insights by analysing HR data to support decision-making and improve HR strategies.
- Assist in creating clear and engaging presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data across all HR platforms.
Key Reward Responsibilities:
- Assist the Reward Manager and Analyst with the Annual Compensation Review, including auditing, reporting, and analysis.
- Support salary benchmarking and cataloguing new roles, promotions, internal transfers, and out-of-cycle increases.
Ad-Hoc HR Project Support:
- Provide support on other ad-hoc HR projects as required, such as policy development, employee engagement initiatives, and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team on special projects and assist in implementing key HR strategies.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or Data related role preferred.
