SAP SuccessFactors Technology Specialist London – Hybrid Permanent We are partnered with a based in London at the forefront of strategic, HR, financial, and procurement consulting. Due to growth in the business they are looking for a dynamic and analytical People Technology and Insights Specialist to join their HRIS team. The role focuses on optimizing HR technologies, managing HRIS (e.g., SuccessFactors), and implementing innovative solutions to align with organizational objectives. You will administer, optimise, and configure their HRIS, SuccessFactors to improve processes and user experience. This will include designing and implementing system architectures to ensure seamless integration across different SuccessFactors modules and implementing new functionalities for automation and scalability. As part of the role you will also be involved in generating regular insights and reports, further system enhancements and conducting system audits to ensure data integrity, security and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a consultancy who continues to grow with a client base built on long standing relationships in a role where you will have access to the best technology to do your role and optimize the system. The successful candidate will have… Previous experience in a similar role where have gained strong SAP SuccessFactors knowledge Strong experience in HRIS configuration and integration, data analysis, data infrastructure, data warehousing and technology development (including coding), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Familiarity with HR data analytics tools and evaluating HR technologies Highly organised and comfortable operating in an environment with changing priorities with excellent communication skills Knowledge of SQL, AI, machine learning and blockchain would all be advantageous If you are interested to find out more please apply for the role with an up to date copy of your CV.
