Digital Marketing Agency

Are you a strategic leader who thrives on driving transformation, building scalable marketing operations, and enabling growth? We’re seeking a Head of Marketing Change Programmes to partner with the CMO and Marketing Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in leading cross-functional programmes that enhance capability, improve efficiency, and unlock growth across a global marketing organisation. This is a pivotal role for someone who can combine commercial acumen, operational excellence, and people leadership to optimise how the marketing function delivers impact at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategic marketing change programmes that align leadership, streamline operations, and enable smarter, faster, data-driven decision making.
  • Champion agile ways of working, embedding a culture of test-and-learn, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing SLT to shape investment decisions, manage OKRs and KPIs, and operationalise benchmarking to inform strategy.
  • Oversee project management functions, ensuring successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives that drive capability and growth.
  • Foster collaboration and transparency across marketing, finance, HR, and IT to create a world-class operating environment.
  • Play an active role in financial planning, helping to optimise budget allocation and marketing ROI.
  • Manage and mentor a team of project managers, creating an environment of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence.
  • Support business planning cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual) through robust analysis, reporting, and insight generation.

In essence, you’ll ensure the marketing organisation runs efficiently, scales effectively, and delivers exceptional results.

About You

You’re a commercially minded, operationally strong leader with a passion for marketing transformation and excellence and with strong Project Management capabilities. You bring a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to execution. You’ll bring:

  • 10+ years’ experience in marketing operations, change management, or commercial strategy roles — ideally within digital marketing, ecommerce, or agency environments.
  • Strong project and change management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programmes.
  • Demonstrated ability to align senior stakeholders and drive adoption of new ways of working.
  • Excellent understanding of financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in operational tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, ERP, project management tools).
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and influencing skills — able to inspire collaboration across functions and regions.
  • A resilient, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset — calm under pressure and driven by outcomes.
  • A degree in Marketing, Management, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

If this sounds like an ideal role, then apply with an up to date CV.
