We’re looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to sit at the intersection of service delivery, customer success, and technical pre-sales. You’ll be a trusted technical advisor to our customers, owning relationships, improving environments, and helping accounts grow.
What you’ll be doing- Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of customers
- Act as the primary technical point of contact, building long-term trusted partnerships
- Ensure services are delivered in line with SLAs and best practices
- Proactively review customer environments, recommending optimisations, improvements & risk mitigation
- Lead service reviews, roadmap discussions, and strategic planning sessions
- Maintain a deep understanding of each customer’s IT environment
- Translate business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions
- Work closely with engineering and service teams to ensure quality delivery
- Provide hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365 (essential) and cloud platforms
- Identify opportunities to enhance and expand existing solutions (security, cloud, productivity, licensing)
- Present technical recommendations in a clear, commercial way
- Support sales with renewals, upgrades, and expansions
- Join pre-sales meetings, lead technical discovery, and shape solution designs
- Strong experience working in an MSP or IT services environment
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, including:
- Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint / OneDrive
- Teams
- Security & compliance features
- AWS experience (architecture or customer workloads)
- Azure, hybrid or multi-cloud exposure
- Pre-sales or solution design experience
- Microsoft / AWS certifications
- Remote-first working with flexibility
