We're looking for a Marketing Change Project Manager to join a dynamic Marketing team, leading strategic projects that drive operational excellence, collaboration, and business performance.
Acting as the central point of coordination, you'll manage cross-functional initiatives from inception through to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. Working across multiple teams and stakeholders, you'll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a diverse portfolio of marketing projects and change initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and influencing change across a growing organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading cross-functional marketing projects from planning through to successful delivery
- Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing and wider business functions
- Developing and managing project plans, timelines, resources, and dependencies
- Monitoring project progress and adapting plans where required to meet business objectives
- Facilitating regular project updates and stakeholder communications
- Working closely with Business Intelligence teams to understand reporting and data requirements
- Implementing tools, processes, and frameworks that improve collaboration and efficiency
- Identifying opportunities to streamline marketing operations and optimise resource utilisation
- Driving accountability and ensuring project milestones are achieved
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience (4+ years) managing complex projects across multiple teams, functions, or geographies
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Celoxis
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a range of audiences
- Experience working with marketing teams and understanding marketing KPIs and performance drivers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, manipulate, and present data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Tableau
Desirable Skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certification
- Experience delivering business change or transformation initiatives
- Experience working within data-driven marketing environments
