Waythrough is seeking a Housing Officer to deliver intensive housing management services with a focus on move-ins and tenancy start-up. You will work with colleagues and partner services to ensure residents receive the support they need and help achieve KPI targets. With a valid driving licence, you will assist residents with Housing Benefit/Universal Credit claims and advise on tenancy terms and adaptations where applicable.
