We are seeking an experienced, talented, and passionate Service Manager to lead our dynamic, fast‑paced alcohol specific service. The Service Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the operational management, strategic development, and clinical governance of these services.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic leadership and day‑to‑day management for the service.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, providers, and community organisations.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of skilled staff, ensuring effective supervision and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and safeguarding requirements.

Qualifications
