Humanity Warwick is a physiotherapy clinic specializing in musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and pelvic health for women. With the new addition of a small strength gym/studio, we can offer small group strength training and HIIT sessions.
Role Description
The Personal Trainer will deliver safe, effective, small group strength classes for up to 6 clients within the gym, plus offering 1:1βs and supporting physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading small group sessions and monitoring client progress. This is a part-time (up to 20 hours) on-site role based in Hatton, Warwick. Hours will vary from 6am - 8pm in the evening, and occasional Saturday mornings will be required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to design and deliver group and individualised exercise programs.
- Experience with coaching to support diverse client goals, including performance, rehabilitation, and general fitness.
- Knowledge of nutrition principles to provide basic, evidence-informed guidance that complements training programs.
- Recognized personal training certification (e.g., Level 3 Personal Trainer or equivalent) and up-to-date professional insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a respectful, inclusive approach to clients of all backgrounds and abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals in a clinical environment.
- Experience working with clients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing long-term conditions is highly beneficial.
- Basic understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and safe exercise progressions; first aid certification is an advantage.
