De projecten "vriendschappelijk huisbezoek" en "maatjes op maat" richten zich op mensen die door omstandigheden een beperkt sociaal netwerk hebben. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld zijn na een scheiding, verhuizing of overlijden van een partner, waardoor (een deel van) het sociaal netwerk wegvalt. Of wanneer je sociaal netwerk afbrokkelt als gevolg van ouderdom.

Als vrijwilliger (maatje) kom je thuis bij onze deelnemers.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Je kan goed luisteren.
  • Je bent sociaal en hebt een groot inlevend vermogen.
  • Je gaat naast het huisbezoek ook graag naar buiten voor een wandeling of andere activiteit.
  • Je inventariseert wat de deelnemer nodig heeft en maakt hier afspraken over.
  • Je hebt circa twee uur per week tijd om met de deelnemer af te spreken.

Wat bieden wij?

  • Je wordt ingewerkt en begeleid door de coördinator van het project.
  • Je kunt je kennis vergroten door het volgen van online cursussen bij de Humanitas Academie.
  • Reis en onkosten worden vergoed.
