Omschrijving
Ieder mens verlangt er naar om zich verbonden te voelen met anderen om zich heen. Het gevoel dat je zonder oordeel, gezien, gehoord en gewaardeerd wordt, geeft kracht en steun aan het leven. Bij 'van mij naar wij' staat verbinding centraal. We zijn er voor de mensen die op zoek zijn naar meer sociaal contact, maar het lastig vinden om zelf stappen te zetten. Samen met onze vrijwilligers bieden we hen een steuntje in de rug. Bij Humanitas geloven we in een inclusieve samenleving, waarin iedereen er mag zijn en waar verschillen juist als waardevol worden gezien.
Als vrijwillig coördinator voer je intakegesprekken bij de deelnemers thuis en organiseer je passende matches met onze vrijwilligers. Je begeleidt hen in samenwerking met de coördinator van van mij naar wij en registreert de ontwikkelingen. Je maakt bovendien deel uit van een klein, enthousiast en inspirerend team vrijwillig coördinatoren die regelmatig bij elkaar komen om ervaringen uit te wisselen, onderlinge afspraken te maken, ontwikkelingen te delen en diverse andere projectzaken te bespreken zoals bijvoorbeeld de te organiseren Vriendencafés en Themabijeenkomsten. Samen bepalen we de koers en vieren de resultaten tijdens ons jaarlijkse teamuitje.
