About the Role: You’ll play a key role in setting up banners, inflatables, and signage across locations, supporting office moves, and assisting with small-scale internal projects such as managing eBay listings and shipments. The ideal candidate will enjoy a varied workload and be willing to travel regularly between Edinburgh and Glasgow, and occasionally to Aberdeen and Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular travel between Edinburgh and Glasgow to support onsite tasks (company vehicle can be provided)
- Occasional travel to Aberdeen and Cardiff when required for specific activities or events
- Set up banners, window signage, and inflatables across different locations (individually or with team support)
- Assist with office moves, including organising furniture, signage, equipment, and supplies
- Handle general administrative tasks and day‑to‑day support for office logistics
- Help manage eBay operations – packaging items, creating listings, and posting sales
- Keep track of inventory, tools, and signage equipment and ensure safe transport and storage
- Support ad‑hoc projects and be willing to pitch in wherever needed
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and confidence driving in urban and intercity areas
- Willingness to travel regularly between Edinburgh and Glasgow
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, setup, and packing
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time and responsibilities independently
- A practical, hands‑on attitude and ability to work well in a small, fast‑moving team
- Basic computer literacy (e.g. email, spreadsheets, eBay)
Desirable (but Not Required)
- Previous experience in administration, logistics, or office/facilities management
- Familiarity with basic tools or DIY tasks
- Experience using eBay or other online selling platforms
