We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in carpentry, painting, decorating, and a good understanding of basic plumbing and electrical work. You will be responsible for maintaining multiple office locations, so a valid driver\’s license is essential for traveling between sites.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair work across various office locations.
- Carpentry tasks such as furniture assembly, door/window repairs, and other woodwork.
- Painting, decorating, and surface preparation to maintain building aesthetics.
- Basic plumbing tasks including fixing leaks, unblocking drains, and repairing fixtures.
- Handle minor electrical repairs such as replacing lights, switches, and inspecting wiring.
- Identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure all work adheres to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
