We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Production Assistant with some production experience to support our Production Manager and help bring this meaningful project to life. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a purpose-driven film production and be part of a creative team producing content that inspires the next generation.
The Role
As a Production Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination and organisation of the Little Heroes production. You will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure filming days, logistics, and production tasks run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in film, TV, or media production who enjoys being organised, proactive, and part of a collaborative creative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Manager with day-to-day production coordination
- Help prepare and organise shoot schedules, call sheets, and production documents
- Support planning and logistics for filming days
- Assist with on-set coordination, filming set-ups, ensuring filming runs smoothly
- Communicate with team members, volunteers, and families involved in the project
- Help organise locations, equipment, and production materials
- Provide general production and administrative support throughout the project
- Help with script edits, dialogue adjustments, and preparing scripts for filming.
