We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Workshop Programme Facilitator to join us for an exciting three-week programme based in Worcester. This is an intensive Monday to Friday delivery role, working directly with neurodiverse young people to support their journey into employment through engaging, practical personal development workshops.

The Role

You’ll be facilitating a structured programme of workshops that build confidence, self-awareness, communication skills, and employability readiness — creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment where every participant can thrive.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who brings energy, empathy, and experience to the room. The ideal candidate will have a background in facilitation, youth work, or employability support, a genuine understanding of neurodiversity and how it shows up in learning environments, and the ability to adapt their delivery style to meet varied needs. Strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to hold a group with warmth and structure are essential.
