In 2026, we’ll begin transforming our Centre at Wittenham Clumps into a Gateway to Nature—with welcoming spaces, an expanded café, and a nature-based adventure playscape. These new facilities will inspire thousands to take their first steps into the natural world, strengthen our financial foundations, and enable bold conservation and engagement projects for generations to come.

Earth Trust Experiences is a new trading subsidiary of Earth Trust, operating visitor and catering facilities including a café and a paid-entry, nature-based adventure playscape. Our mission is to create a welcoming Gateway to Nature while generating income to support Earth Trust’s charitable work.
About the role
We are seeking two Non-Executive Directors to provide strategic oversight and governance as we develop high-quality visitor experiences and commercial operations. Your expertise will help shape strategy, monitor performance, and champion innovation in this exciting new venture.
What you’ll do
- Provide strategic advice and constructive challenge to the Board and management team
- Help shape visitor experience and commercial strategy
- Act as an ambassador for Earth Trust Experiences
- Contribute to Board meetings and occasional task groups

Role details
Location: Little Wittenham, Oxfordshire
Salary: Voluntary (reasonable expenses reimbursed)
