Who you are: You know sport. You know venues. You’ve got the relationships. We’re not looking for another SaaS salesperson who’ll rattle off product features. We want someone who can walk into Old Trafford or Twickenham and instantly speak the language. Someone who understands match-day madness, how these venues operate and the challenges they face. You’ve built genuine connections in this world - whether through working in clubs, venues, hospitality operations, catering services or the sports industry itself. When you reach out to decision-makers at venues or the companies that serve them, they know who you are.
The opportunity is massive:
- Premier League, Championship, and League One clubs
- Major rugby venues across Union and League
- Racecourses from Ascot to Aintree
- Cricket grounds, concert arenas, multi-sport facilities
- Hundreds of qualified prospects, each worth significant six-figure deals
We’ve already proven it works with an existing customer base across Premier League, Championship, and League One clubs, horse racing, cricket, rugby and major concert arenas. They’re live. They’re happy. Now we’re scaling. You’ll join at the perfect moment - proven product, reference customers they’ll recognise, PE backing, but still early enough that your impact will be huge. This isn’t just a sales job. You’re building something.
What you will do:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close - sports venues, stadiums, arenas, hospitality operations
- Build relationships with decision-makers at Premier League clubs, Championship sides, rugby venues, horse racing, cricket grounds, concert arenas
- Leverage your existing network in sport and hospitality to open doors
- Hunt new opportunities through connections, customer referrals, strategic partnerships
- Run complex, six-figure sales cycles
- Work across multiple stakeholders - operations directors, CFOs, HR teams
- Partner with pre-sales and services teams for demonstrations and proposals
What you’ll need:
- Deep connections in UK sport - through working in venues, hospitality operations, catering services, sport or related environments
- Proven ability to build relationships and engage senior-level stakeholders
- Experience in B2B sales (we'll teach you the tech)
- Hunter mentality - proactive, self-driven, comfortable prospecting
- Genuine passion for sport and understanding of venue operations
Some ‘nice to haves’:
- Experience selling B2B SaaS software or technology
- Understanding of workforce management, HR, or payroll challenges
- Relationships with ownership groups, management companies, venue operators
- Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
