Humanetics Group in Southampton is seeking a Test Supervisor to take day-to-day responsibility for the Test team, coordinating with the Production Manager to deploy resources and maintain throughput.
You will also perform Test Technician duties, operating proof test machines and carrying out precision measurements on optical fibre products, recording results in spreadsheets and in-house databases, and ensuring safe, accurate testing and cross-shift handovers.
