What You'll Be Doing
- Learning our business from the ground up across customer acquisition, campaign delivery, and client representation
- Representing client brands professionally across events, B2B, and residential campaigns
- Working towards performance targets and contributing to campaign results
- Supporting the onboarding and development of new team members as you progress
- Taking part in structured leadership training and business strategy sessions
