About HumanEdge Sales Partners

At HumanEdge Sales Partners, we believe business is built through people, not processes. We specialise in face-to-face customer acquisition for some of the UK's most recognised consumer brands, delivering high-impact campaigns across events and residential environments. Every interaction is real, every result is measurable, and every person in the business contributes directly to performance. We're growing our Manchester team and looking for ambitious individuals who want to develop into future leaders through real-world experience, structured coaching, and performance-based progression. This is not about where you've come from, it's about where you're willing to go.

The role

As a Junior Sales Project Manager, you'll start by working directly on live campaigns, representing major UK brands and driving customer engagement. Alongside this, you'll begin developing the core skills required to progress into a Project Management position, learning how campaigns are structured, how performance is tracked, and how commercial results are improved. Progression is earned through results, consistency, and development, not time in role.

What you'll be doing

  • Represent leading UK brands and engage directly with customers to drive brand awareness and acquisition
  • Learn how to manage campaign performance and understand key commercial metrics
  • Support senior team members in tracking results, performance data, and client objectives
  • Develop the foundations of budget awareness, business development, and campaign optimisation
  • Participate in daily coaching, planning sessions, and performance reviews
  • Progress into responsibilities involving client accounts, campaign coordination, and project oversight

What we're looking for

  • Graduates, early careers professionals, or career changers looking for structured development
  • Strong communicators who enjoy working with people
  • Ambitious individuals who want a clear progression path
  • Coachable, consistent, and willing to learn quickly
  • Motivated by performance, responsibility, and earning potential
  • Positive mindset with strong work ethic and resilience
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not required.

What you'll get

  • £27,500–£40,000 OTE with uncapped commission and performance-based progression
  • Full structured training programme from day one
  • Daily mentorship from experienced leaders and campaign managers
  • Clear pathway into Project Management, Client Management, and Business Development roles
  • Weekly incentives, bonuses, and performance rewards
  • High-energy, supportive team culture focused on real progression
