About the Programme

At HumanEdge Sales Partners, every one of our managers and leaders started at entry level and progressed based on performance, not time served. We partner with major UK brands across telecommunications, energy, food & beverage, and non-profit sectors. This programme is built to take the right individuals from entry level into leadership in under 3 months, with a clear pathway into full management responsibility within 12.

What You'll Develop

  • Sales and client growth: customer acquisition, campaign delivery, and brand representation
  • People and recruitment: interviewing, onboarding, and team development
  • Leadership and strategy: decision-making, performance tracking, and stakeholder communication
  • Operations and training: campaign coordination, commercial awareness, and coaching

Your First 4 Weeks

  • Hands-on training, shadowing experienced team members, and learning the business from the ground up
  • Representing client brands, delivering presentations, and engaging customers directly
  • Working towards performance targets and attending your first leadership training sessions
  • Supporting onboarding for new team members as you begin developing leadership skills
