We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to build, manage, and scale our inbound and outbound lead generation engine. This role is responsible for generating a qualified sales pipeline through a strategic mix of outbound automation, intent data, event marketing, paid retargeting, and lifecycle nurturing. This is a revenue-driven marketing role focused on measurable pipeline growth rather than brand awareness or content-only initiatives. The Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing leadership, and external content partners to drive demand programs that directly impact revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and scale outbound demand generation systems using tools such as PhantomBuster, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
  • Define and refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), segmentation strategies, and targeted prospect lists.
  • Design, test, and optimize outbound workflows that move prospects from cold outreach to sales-ready opportunities.
  • Experiment with messaging, value propositions, hooks, and offers across outbound channels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead handoff and continuous feedback loops.
  • Capture, manage, and convert inbound demand from website traffic, campaigns, and marketing events.
  • Leverage intent data tools (e.g., Leadfeeder or equivalent) to identify high-intent accounts.
  • Develop automated outbound follow-up strategies triggered by inbound engagement signals.
  • Optimize conversion pathways across the funnel from visitor to lead to marketing-qualified lead (MQL).
  • Plan, launch, and promote LinkedIn events, webinars, and virtual engagement programs.
  • Design and implement pre-event and post-event nurture sequences.
  • Support lead warming and engagement prior to sales outreach.
  • Repurpose event insights and engagement data into outbound messaging strategies and retargeting campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn retargeting campaigns.
  • Build, segment, and maintain retargeting audiences including website visitors, engagement audiences, and existing leads.
  • Align paid media strategies to funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
  • Partner with content resources to develop effective ad copy and conversion-focused landing pages.
  • Partner with the Marketing Director to define content requirements that support demand generation objectives.
  • Provide direction and briefs to internal content teams, agencies, or freelancers.
  • Translate outbound campaign insights into inbound content themes.
  • Ensure all content initiatives prioritize conversion and pipeline performance.
  • Own and track key demand generation KPIs including leads, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.
  • Design and execute ongoing experimentation to improve conversion rates and lead volume.
  • Deliver performance reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize funnel efficiency and campaign performance.

Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in B2B growth marketing strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of outbound automation, prospecting, and enrichment technologies.
  • Advanced understanding of inbound marketing funnels and lifecycle nurturing programs.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong accountability for pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging development capabilities across multiple channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling outbound lead generation programs.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and enrichment platforms such as PhantomBuster, Clay, or similar tools.
  • Proven experience leveraging intent data and inbound demand capture strategies.
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Strong ability to analyze performance data, test strategies, and optimize marketing outcomes.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills across social media, email campaigns, press releases, and marketing assets.
