Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on inbound leads generated by Marketing.
  • Qualify opportunities through calls to understand context, needs, and customer potential.
  • Schedule qualified meetings with the Sales team.
  • Log and update lead information in the CRM in an organized and consistent way.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve inbound lead quality and conversion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in commercial roles or inbound lead management (SDR, BDR, Sales, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
  • Experience in SaaS companies (preferred, especially in HR Tech).
  • Intermediate/advanced English.
