Do you want to lead the digital revolution in the HR field and transform the way companies manage their teams across EMEA? We're looking for a highâperforming Account Executive to drive new business in the EMEA region. You'll own the endâtoâend sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing, while working handâinâhand with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver value at every step. You'll be a trusted advisor to HR leaders, helping them reimagine how they connect and empower their frontline and deskless teams.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Own and manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Identify and evaluate strategic market opportunities and key accounts, especially midâmarket and enterprise companies across EMEA.
- Conduct discovery meetings with HR and operations leaders to understand their pain points, provide demos, tailor solutions, and build compelling business cases.
- Drive outbound prospecting initiatives and respond to inbound leads, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other sales tech.
- Work with regional and global teams on targeted campaigns to drive demand and eventâbased outreach.
- Collaborate with BDRs to drive qualified pipeline and ensure smooth handoffs between prospecting and closing stages.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to close opportunities and ensure smooth handover and implementation postâsale.
- Maintain a clean and upâtoâdate CRM, forecasting accurately and reporting regularly on pipeline health and sales activity.
- Stay ahead of regional market trends, competitor activity, and other local nuances, and feed insights back into the business.
- Represent Humand at relevant industry events, webinars, and client sessions to build relationships, elevate our brand and build pipeline.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of fullâcycle sales experience, preferably in HRTech, Internal Communications, or SaaS. Demonstrated success managing complex sales with HR, People Ops, HRIS or Internal Comms stakeholders. Strong familiarity with the EMEA market â you understand its business landscape, decisionâmaking dynamics, and cultural context. Mandatory English and Spanish; Italian, French or Portuguese are a plus. Comfortable using CRM, sales enablement, and prospecting tools. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a consultative selling approach. Highly proactive, autonomous, and passionate about helping companies create better workplace experiences.
