Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on inbound leads generated by Marketing.
- Qualify opportunities through calls to understand context, needs, and customer potential.
- Schedule qualified meetings with the Sales team.
- Log and update lead information in the CRM in an organized and consistent way.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve inbound lead quality and conversion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in commercial roles or inbound lead management (SDR, BDR, Sales, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
- Experience in SaaS companies (preferred, especially in HR Tech).
- Intermediate/advanced English.
