The ideal candidate will build relationships with potential clients to drive business development success. You will schedule meetings to understand client needs and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new leads.

  • Demonstrate and leverage strong sales and influence skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Over 2 years of experience in similar roles, including prospecting in the EMEA market.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Experience in SaaS companies, especially with an HR focus.
  • Spanish is a plus.
