This is an exciting opportunity to work across every aspect of modern B2B marketing, from lead generation and CRM management through to content creation, digital campaigns, SEO, analytics and sales enablement. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, contribute your own ideas and help deliver marketing initiatives that support business growth across international markets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver Multi Channel Marketing Campaigns
  • Support the planning, execution and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Work alongside the wider marketing team to generate leads, increase brand awareness and support commercial growth.
  • Help coordinate campaign activity across email, website, social media, events and sales enablement.

Create High Quality Marketing Content

  • Produce engaging content for websites, email campaigns, social media, brochures, presentations and sales materials.
  • Contribute to blogs, customer success stories, case studies and product marketing campaigns.
  • Work with colleagues across the business to communicate technical information in a clear and engaging way.

Manage CRM and Marketing Operations

  • Support the day to day management of the company's CRM platform, ideally HubSpot.
  • Maintain accurate customer data, audience segmentation and campaign lists.
  • Assist with email marketing activity and marketing automation.
  • Help improve reporting, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.

Support Digital Marketing Activity

  • Help manage and improve website content.
  • Support SEO initiatives and emerging AI search optimisation techniques.
  • Assist with digital marketing activity that improves online visibility and customer engagement.

Analyse Campaign Performance

  • Monitor campaign performance using marketing and website analytics.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to help measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data and insight to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Work Across the Business

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product and commercial teams.
  • Create presentations and sales support materials.

About You

We're looking for someone who has already taken the first steps in their marketing career and is ready for a role with greater ownership and development.

You'll probably have around one to three years of experience in a marketing position and be confident contributing to marketing activity across multiple channels.

You'll enjoy working in a collaborative environment where your ideas are welcomed and where you'll continue developing your skills.

  • Experience within a B2B marketing environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
