As part of continued growth, they are looking for a Service Engineer to join their customer-focused technical team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys a blend of field service, calibration, installation, technical troubleshooting, customer training, and continuous learning.

  • Install, commission, calibrate, and support advanced measurement and inspection equipment at customer sites.
  • Become a trusted technical expert for customers across a variety of manufacturing environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
  • Deliver customer training and help users maximise the value of their equipment investment.
  • Work closely with technical specialists, applications engineers, and commercial teams.
  • Develop your expertise across a broad range of cutting-edge manufacturing technologies.
  • Take ownership of customer projects from installation through to ongoing support.
  • Build strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service standards.
  • Contribute to service documentation, technical records, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Enjoy a varied role that combines hands-on engineering, customer interaction, and travel. You may already be working as a Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Calibration Engineer, Metrology Engineer, Applications Engineer, or Technical Support Engineer.

Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline. Testing, servicing, calibrating, maintaining, or repairing technical equipment. Electrical fault finding and troubleshooting. Precision measurement, inspection, automation, or quality control technologies. Customer-facing technical support and problem-solving. Working with PC hardware, software, and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with metrology, measurement, inspection, calibration, machine vision, coordinate measuring equipment, or similar technologies would be advantageous, but candidates with transferable technical skills are encouraged to apply.
