The Opportunity

Our client is undertaking a significant HR systems transformation programme and is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Test Lead to join the project team on an initial three-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementation, leading all testing activities and ensuring a high-quality solution is delivered to stakeholders across the business. Working closely with project leaders, business teams, and implementation partners, you will drive testing strategy, execution, defect management, and reporting throughout the programme lifecycle.
